Meet Louise
I’m Louise and a fully remote Online Business Manager and Virtual Assistant based in Kent, supporting purpose-led business owners across the UK.
In 2023, I decided to amalgamate a dream of working for myself, my strong corporate leadership experience, a personal mission of 'making a difference', and the activities that I enjoy doing by setting up 'Virtually At Your Side'.
I provide a range of flexible on demand business support services to support overwhelmed small business owners - helping them build success without the stress.
With over 25 years of experience in operations, leadership, and business support roles, I’ve seen first-hand how running a business can become overwhelming. That’s where I come in.
I offer two levels of support depending on what you need most:
- Virtual Assistant support – hands-on help with admin, inboxes, social media scheduling, and staying on top of day-to-day tasks.
- Online Business Management – strategic support to help you plan, grow, and manage the behind-the-scenes side of your business.
Whether you need someone to sort the admin so you can breathe, or a trusted partner to organise your operations and bring fresh perspective, I’m here to help.

I have a particular passion for supporting work around neurodiversity, mental health, and purpose-led change - areas that matter to me personally as much as professionally.
I’m also an accredited coach, mentor, and former Lead Mental Health First Aider, and I bring lived experience, empathy, and practical know-how to every client I support.

When I am not working, you will find me binge-watching true crime dramas, taking long walks with my dog Stanley, and cooking the best roast potatoes!
